Transactional Advisory Scope of work The projects encompass the transactional advisory for development of private housing units for sale to eligible housing applicants, as well as the developing of commercial and investment facilities. The private developers will be responsible for the design, financing, execution, operation, management, and maintenance for all or some projects components.
