Transactional Advisory Scope of work (TA) includes preparing an optimal plot design in alignment with the project's developmental objectives, and developing a comprehensive project concept encompassing the project vision, strategy, and value proposition. The scope also includes proposing an effective, feasible, and bankable investment structure, and formulating a sustainable business model that attracts potential investors and developers. Additionally, the TA will be responsible for managing the process of procuring a qualified investor or developer to design, build, operate, and maintain the project(s), within a successful public-private partnership framework.
