The Public Authority for Housing Welfare (The Authority) honors the privacy of your information and shall preserve such information. Further to the powers of the Authority to share information with other government entities in accordance with the laws and private property rights. This information will not be disclosed unless required by law or a judicial ruling.

9) The user acknowledges that in the event of a dispute, Kuwaiti courts shall have sole jurisdiction to consider and the applicable laws shall be Kuwaiti law.
