Investment and Private Sector Projects Sector works to enhance cooperation through partnership system between the public and private sectors by offering investment opportunities in residential cities. This system works based on specific laws of the institution, such as Law No. 47 of 1993 and Law No. 27 of 1995, in addition to the Investment Regulation issued under Minister of State for Housing Affairs Decision No. 32 of 2016. These opportunities aim to develop various sectors through diverse investments, including commercial, health, educational, entertainment, media, residential, industrial, craft, and logistics services.
